Our company specializes in asset management of primarily incomplete residential construction, without a doubt the most difficult bank and investor owned properties. This type of unconventional real estate requires specialized expertise and outstanding customer service. Our mission is to sell real estate at the highest market value in the shortest amount of time. We have a network of over 100 agents in 33 states, but unfortunately, only one Sandi Hess.

In Today's world it's not often that you get what you pay for. However, in the recent sale of our home in The Boulders we definitely received the utmost from our agent. Lisa first spoke to Sandi by phone and we had a most productive interview. She implemented what we believe was an excellent marketing campaign and followed up on every lead. I can't believe it has been 3 months since you sold the house in Carefree! I have been meaning to write you a letter and am finally sitting down to do it. I wanted to put into words the incredible effort and care that you put into selling my grandmother's house for me. My grandmother listed with you back on January 22, 2007. In retrospect it is easy to see how as she periodically lowered the price she was chasing the market down and never quite catching up. We closed the sale on April 15, 2009  for exactly half of the original asking price. If only we would have listened to you when you recommended the initial asking price!

I am writing this letter in appreciation for the excellent service that I received from one of your realtors, Sandi Hess. I have worked in customer service and sales for the past 6 years, and never have I encountered the level of genuine care, expertise, professionalism and hard work that Sandi exhibited.
Our family employed Sandi's service after our mother passed away. We needed to sell her home as quickly as possible to settle a pending estate. In the direst of economic times and in one of the toughest states for property sales. Sandi was able to sell our mother's home for us at a great price in under 3 months. I have no doubt that the home sale was due entirely to Sandi's tireless and heartfelt efforts.
